NEW YORK CITY-Colliers International is reportedly relocating its New York City headquarters from its current confines on Madison Avenue to 666 Fifth Ave.
The Seattle-based commercial brokerage firm will occupy 57,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the 41-story, 1.5-million-square-foot building, according to Crain's New York Business.
The newspaper reports that the lease transaction is expected to be finalized with building owner Vornado Realty Trust of Paramus, NJ by as early as the end of this week. The term of the deal is said to be 10 years and involves rents in the $60s per square foot.
Colliers is currently located at 380 Madison Ave. but must vacate the property due to the expiration of its lease at the property. See story in Crain's New York Business.
