RUSKIN, FL-A company that works with online retailer Amazon on developing its distribution centers has reportedly closed on the purchase of land here.
The land purchase of a site in the South Shore Corporate Park was reported in the Tampa Bay Business Journal. The property is owned by Ryan Cos. of Minnesota.
The siting of a 1.1-million-square-foot warehouse in the region has been the subject of speculation since June when the Hillsborough County Commission began considering incentives for the project. See story in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
