RUSKIN, FL-The development of a new distribution center for Amazon.com will create numerous business opportunities in the area, real estate brokers say.
“All hell is going to break loose,” says Robert Krueger of Redstone Commercial, the brokerage firm representing the South Shore Corporate Park along Interstate 75. “This creates many new opportunities.”
Amazon is reportedly building its new facility at the South Shore Corporate Park. Ryan Co. Us Inc. sold 80 acres of property to a partner of Amazon for $14.6 million earlier this month, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Ryan has made $30 million in infrastructure capital improvements at the park. “It's the most shovel ready site in west Florida,” Krueger notes. “It worked for Amazon. It will work for any other user.” See story in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
