NEW YORK CITY-The law firm Murphy & McGonigle, P.C. is moving is offices from East 42nd Street to 1185 Avenue of the Americas.
The commercial finance law firm has signed a lease for 27,231 square feet on the 21st floor of 1185 Avenue of the Americas. Murphy & McGonigle will be moving out of its offices at 60 East 42nd St.
Danny Levine and David Falk of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank helped bring Murphy & McGonigle to the building. Building owner SL Green Realty Corp. was represented in-house by Gary Rosen and Howard Tenenbaum. See story in the Commercial Observer.
