PHILADELPHIA-Locally based developer JKR Partners is planning to build a 75-unit townhome community on a vacant lot on Columbus Boulevard here.
The project will feature three-bedroom, three-bath homes of 1,800 square feet each, according to PlanPhilly.com. The project site is bordered by Catherine Street and the I-95 Washington Avenue off-ramp.
JKR has presented the preliminary plans for the Bridge View project to the Central Delaware Advocacy Group and to the Queen Village Neighbors Association zoning committee. See story at PlanPhilly.com.
