Students of the millennial generation are showing an increasing interest in real estate development, and they're increasingly diverse, said Rosemary Scanlon, dean at the NYU Schack School of Real Estate. During RealShare New York, she said many more women are coming into the school, particularly from overseas. Some of them will likely work on the coming projects, particularly in the outter boroughs and on Long Island City.
