CHARLOTTE-Portman Holdings' proposed office tower here is garnering significant interest from potential tenants, according to Trinity Partners, which is marketing space at the property next to the Westin Charlotte Hotel.
Atlanta-based Portman is looking to build its 615 South College project, a 15-story, 345,000-square-foot office building that is located off Interstate 277, according to the Charlotte Business Journal.
Portman will have to lease about half the space at the property before it breaks ground on the project. Trinity Partners principal Peter Conway says, “It not only sits on the front row of I-277, it's in the orchestra seats. For a tenant that is interested in identity and branding, it just doesn't get any better.” See story in the Charlotte Business Journal.
