MALVERN, PA-Endo Health Solutions Inc. has retained Jones Lang LaSalle to sublease half of its headquarters space here.
The firm, which relocated from Chadds Ford, PA into two buildings at the Atwater Corporate Center here last January, will continue to occupy one of the 150,000-square-foot buildings, while putting the other on the market for sublease, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Earlier this year under new CEO Rajiv De Silva, Endo announced plans to reduce it annual operating expenses by $325 million. New leadership was brought in and the company changed how it uses its office buildings in Malvern, company officials stated. “It did free up some unused office space at our new corporate headquarters,” said Brian O'Donnell, senior director of corporate affairs at Endo.
