PHILADELPHIA-A groundbreaking is scheduled today for the new headquarters for Franklin Square Partners at the Navy Yard Corporate Center here.
Liberty Trust and Synterra Partners are to develop the new four-story, 80,050-square-foot building for the investment fund management firm at 201 Rouse Blvd. Once completed, it will sit near the Courtyard by Marriott, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. Franklin Square Partners will relocate to the property from Circa Centre.
