JACKSONVILLE, FL—Incomm is relocating its office space. The Atlanta-based global commerce technology company is moving from Deerwood Park to Freedom Commerce Centre in Jacksonville, FL.
CBRE arranged an eight-year, 33,323-square-foot lease for the company. The office space is on the second floor of the Nassau Building at 8935 Freedom Commerce Parkway in the Baymeadows-Deerwood area of Jacksonville.
CBRE represented Crocker Partners. Crocker Partners V Freedom LLC of Boca Raton owns the office building. The company bought the seven buildings in the Freedom Commerce Centre in late 2012 for $27.8 million. According to CBRE Research, this is the largest tenant lease for the park since Crocker Partners bought the property in 2012.
“Most of the larger blocks of class A space have been leased in this submarket, causing attention to shift toward Freedom Commerce Centre and the availability of quality, large floor space,” says CBRE senior vice president Lou Nutter. “It was a perfect fit for Incomm's needs.”
Freedom Commerce Centre, which is south of Baymeadows Road and adjacent to Interstate 95, offers seven office buildings totaling 752,000 square feet. The office park's major tenants include ING, the Social Security Administration's office of Hearings and Appeals, JP Morgan Chase and Strayer University.
