WASHINGTON, DC-Four retail parcels that front Georgia Avenue in Park View are slated to be replaced with a multifamily project.
The owner of the parcels is proposing to raze the storefront buildings with an eight-story apartment building, according to the Washington Business Journal.
The development would feature 105 residential units on seven floors with a little more than 3,800 square feet of retail space devoted to the ground floor, according to a planned unit development application filed with the district last Thursday.
The project, if approved, would also include a roof deck, green roof, a fitness and club room on the ground floor and 34 underground parking spaces. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
