SEATTLE-Nashville-based REIT Healthcare Realty Trust, recently spent $34.9 million to acquired the First Hill Medical Building.
I comprised of a three story building and a two-story annex, First Hill occupies the block between James and Jefferson streets and Boren and Minor avenues. It is occupied by the Minor & James Medical Group, according to a report in the Puget Sound Business Journal.
The two buildings total nearly 81,720 square feet, and the price equates to $427 a square foot, exceeding recent numbers for larger, more centrally located offices, the Journal says.
