NEW YORK CITY-The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey has issued a request for proposals (RFP) seeking a broker to help it sublease a portion of its lease space at 4 World Trade Center.
The agency is looking to sublease 150,000 square feet of the 600,000 square feet of leased space at the new 4 World Trade Center, according to the New York Post. A gala event is scheduled on Nov. 13 to mark the completion of the 72-story tower.
In its RFP, the Port Authority stated that it “no longer required the entire leased space” and expected to sublease up to three-and-a-half floors at the building. The New York City Human Resources Administration will move from 180 Water St. into 607,000 square feet on the 30th through 43rd floors at the building. See story in the New York Post.
