DENVER-A surge in construction activity in the Lower Downtown (LoDo) area is spurring property managers throughout the central business district to renovate existing buildings.
The Denver Business Journal reports that 16 or the largest 25 office buildings were built in the 1980s and many or those are getting or will be getting a facelift. Others have already undergone renovation in the last two years. These projects include a wide variety of improvements to interiors and exteriors.
The Business Journal notes that there are are four new office buildings in the works downtown, and one of those has been fully pre-leased.
