NEW YORK CITY-Bain & Co. plans to relocate from its offices a 3 Times Square to 1114 Sixth Ave.

The consulting firm is scheduled to occupy approximately 100,000 square feet of space at the Grace building by mid-2014, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.

Bain will occupy three consecutive upper floors at the building owned by Brookfield Office Properties. CBRE Executive Vice President John Maher represented Bain in the lease deal. See story in the Wall Street Journal.
