NEW YORK CITY-With an asking price of $23.5 million, Brookfield Financial Real Estate Group New York reports it is accepting bids for the 27-21 44th Drive development site in the Court Square section of Long Island City, Queens.

Brookfield Financial has been retained as the exclusive sales agent for the development site, which is comprised of three adjoining lots zoned R9/M1-5/LIC for as-of-right residential use, the company states. The Brookfield Financial brokerage team of Eric Anton and Ron Solarz and Eric Weinberg are spearheading the sales effort on the property.

The 27-21 44th Drive site is located mid-block between 44th Drive and Purves Street and offers approximately 114,400 square feet of zoning floor area. The area has seen a number of new residential development projects break ground in recent years, with nine finished or planned developments located within a one block radius of the site, including five on Purves Street alone.
