ALLISON PARK, PA-A partnership headed by J.J. Land Co. of East Liberty, PA has acquired the Royal Manor Apartments community here for approximately $8 million.
The 216-unit complex in this suburban community of Pittsburgh was acquired by Royal Manor Properties LLC for $7.9 million or approximately $36,805 per unit, reports the Pittsburgh Business Times.
