PLANO, TX-CBRE has closed the sale of Plano Office Commons to Grupo Haddad for an undisclosed amount. Comprised of two quality office assets, Plano Office Commons is located in the renowned Telecom Corridor of Plano, Texas. The one-story buildings contain a combined 190,000 square feet and are 100% leased to two quality, long-term tenants.
