SUN PRAIRIE, WI-Colony Brands Inc., which is headquartered in Monroe, WI, has signed a lease for a 427,000-square-foot industrial building here.
The firm, formerly known as The Swiss Colony, Inc., signed a lease for the entire distribution building at 1615 Commerce Drive, according to Binswanger, which brokered the transaction.
The building located on more than 18 acres will be utilized by Colony Brands, a major catalog company in the cheese and food gift sector, for distribution purposes.
Donald Hughes, CFO of Colony Brands, states, “We are very pleased to join the Sun Prairie community and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Sun Prairie and the surrounding area.”
Gerry Norton, senior vice president, and Andy Lubinski, associate, in Binswanger's Minneapolis, MN office brokered the deal.
