NEW YORK CITY-Joseph DeRosa has been named VP of NorthMarq's New York City office. He'll focus on raising senior debt, mezzanine debt, bridge debt and preferred equity for owners, developers and corporations.
“With his extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge of the New York City area real estate market, Joseph is an outstanding addition to our team,” says Ernest DesRochers, SVP and managing director of NorthMarq's New York office. “We are excited to have him on board.”
Before joining NorthMarq, DeRosa spent five years at Studley, advising clients on corporate real estate in the New York City area. Prior to that, he was a wealth management investment specialist with Gunn Allen Financial in Port Jefferson, NY, and before that was an account executive with Franklin First Financial Ltd. The Long Island native is active in many greater New York City area real estate organizations.
