GASTONIA, NC-Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. of Nashville, TN has acquired the Summit Crossing Place medical office building here for $20.3 million.
The REIT acquired the 91,000-square-foot building from California-based 600 SM Master Lessee, according to the Charlotte Business Journal. The building sits on nearly nine acres of land near the Caro Mont Regional Medical Center.
