WASHINGTON, DC-Leasing documents penned by the federal government for the Trump Organization's redevelopment of the Old Post Office here detail some of the government's list of what it would like to see and not see at the completed project.
While Donald and his daughter Ivanka plan to build a hotel with 271 guest rooms, a massive ballroom, and restaurants at the property, on the government's banned uses at the Old Post office include: bait shop, dentist, flea market, gentlemen's club, topless cabaret, blood banks, pawn shop, bail bondsmen, and a host of others, according to the Washington Post.
Among the items that must be part of the Old Post office project include existing lease deals with five commercial antenna concerns: AirBrand Communication, Turner Properties, NBC News, Diversified Communications and ABC News. See story in the Washington Post.
