NEW YORK CITY-A group of New York City hotel investors are in discussions with InterContinental Hotels Group to build a 25-story Crowne Plaza hotel at 320 West 36th St.
Lance Steinberg and Frank Chan of Raber Enterprises own the more than 8,000-square-foot lot where the hotel would be built. The two property management executives, along with Flintlock Construction Services are looking to develop the 250-room hotel and hope to break ground by May 2014, according to The Real Deal. The Raber-Flintlock group intends to build the project whether a deal with InterContinental is reached or not.
Plans for the project have yet to be filed with the city's Department of Buildings. See story at The Real Deal.
