JACKSONVILLE-Software consulting company Feature [23] is expected to sign a lease this week for 15,000 square feet of space in the Greenleaf Building in downtown Jacksonville.

The firm intends to create a “venture technology laboratory” at the property that will provide a collaborative experience for "technology entrepreneurs and companies that want to solve problems,” according to the Jacksonville Business Journal.

The firm will occupy about one-third of the space, with the remainder devoted to the tech lab. Feature [23] Principal Jeremy Vaughan says the firm is in discussions with the University of North Florida's continuing education and engineering colleges to participate in the venture technology laboratory initiative.
