NEW YORK CITY-Workspace provider WeWork is in lease negotiations with Rudin Management for 300,000 square feet of space at 110 Wall St.
The lease deal, if finalized, would have WeWork occupy the entire hurricane damaged building, according to the New York Post. The 27-story tower building is currently vacant.
Due to the extensive damage caused by Hurricane Sandy, Rudin Management cancelled all leases and there was speculation that the property would be converted to multi-family once repairs were completed. See story in the New York Post.
