EVANSTION, IL-The three-building Church Street Plaza retail complex here has been sold to San Francisco-based Stockbridge Capital Group LLC for a reported purchase price of more than $70 million.
A joint venture of Arthur Hill & Co. and Grosvenor Group Ltd., of London sold the property that was developed by Arthur Hill between 2000 and 2003, according to Crain's Chicago Business.
The complex at Church Street and Maple Avenue totals approximately 180,000 square feet and is anchored by a 70,000-square-foot Century Theater.
