FORT WORTH, TX–Trademark Property Company of Fort Worth says DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, a leading retailer of branded footwear and accessories, and Havertys, the full-service home furnishings retailer, will open at Alliance Town Center, a 1-million-square-foot outdoor shopping center in north Fort Worth, Texas.
Both are scheduled to open Labor Day weekend of 2014.
Construction is expected to start late 2013 or early 2014 on the 15,000-square-foot DSW, which will be located south of the recently opened Dick's Sporting Goods. A popular destination for savvy shoe lovers, DSW Inc. offers a wide selection of brand name and designer dress, casual and athletic footwear and accessories for women, men and kids. DSW Inc. operates 376 stores in 42 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
Work is slated to begin in December on the new 35,000-square-foot Havertys located near the new DSW. The home furnishings retailer has more than 100 showrooms in 16 states in the Southern and Midwestern regions providing its customers with a wide selection of quality merchandise in middle to upper-middle price ranges.

Construction continues on several other tenants, including two new eateries scheduled to open this December. Located across from JCPenney, Razzoo's Cajun Café, featuring made-from-scratch Cajun cuisine, is scheduled to open by mid-December, while Pie Five Pizza Co., will open adjacent to Razzoo's in early December.
Three other new tenants, Cold Stone Creamery, Lane Bryant and H&R Block, will open in 2014.
Dick's Sporting Goods opened its 50,000-square-foot store in May of this year, serving as anchor for the new Phase II of the Alliance Town Center. Groundbreaking on the balance of Phase II, adding approximately 87,500 square feet to the project, is set to begin in December with completion expected in summer 2014.
Trademark has also begun pre-leasing on a “Main Street” lifestyle expansion, which is scheduled to open in 2015, featuring an estimated 150,000 square feet of new specialty retail and restaurants. Once completed, Alliance Town Center will be home to 1.3 million square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment.
A joint venture of Hillwood and Trademark, Alliance Town Center is located on I-35W at Heritage Trace Parkway in north Fort Worth, part of the 17,000-acre AllianceTexas master-planned community, which is currently home to over 33,000 jobs.
Located in north Fort Worth, Texas, Alliance Town Center is a 1.3-million-square-foot regional hybrid retail center integrating retail, office, residential and hospital uses with seven national anchors, including Belk, JCPenney, Best Buy, Cinemark Theaters and Kroger Marketplace.
