DALLAS-Toronto-based Great Gulf Homes is is entering the U.S. market with a luxury residential high-rise in Dallas.
The 60-unit residential tower is expected to rise to 22 stories at 2505 Turtle Creek Blvd., according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.
The developer recently held an invitation-only marketing event for the tower at the Winspear Opera House, the Journal reports.
The smallest condominium is expected to be 3,400 square feet.
