Justin Miller on 45 Under 40 List

SCOTTSDALE, AZ-Justin Miller, age 36, has been named to Real Estate Forum's 45 Under 40 list. Miller is vice president of the Alter Group, where he leads planning, marketing and development of Phoenix-area business parks representing more than 1,500 acres.

Miller, who joined the Alter Group in 2011, also oversees efforts to find build-to-suit users for the Alter Group's many projects, which include:

• Algodon Center, a 1,000-acre master-planned business park in Phoenix and Avondale, AZ
• Algodon Medical Office Park, a 160-acre medical office park in Phoenix
• Copperwing Business Park, a 300-acre industrial park in Glendale, AZ
• Aldea Centre, a 150-acre mixed-use business park in Phoenix's West Valley

Miller's colleagues point out that he's shown a tremendous ability to lead with very little direction, and has been instrumental in completing more than 500,000 square feet of leases.

Before joining the Alter Group, Miller worked with Grubb & Ellis BRE Commercial (which later became Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial), where he was vice president. He was honored by Cassidy Turley as one of that company's top brokers on three occasions. At the Alter Group, he's the youngest active member of that company's Leasing and Build-to-Suit Service Teams.
