MANSFIELD, MA-Samsonite Corp. has renewed and expanded its US headquarters space at 575 West St. here. Cassidy Turley and Jones Lang LaSalle arranged the five-year deal for 75,218 square feet at the two-story, 169,432-square-foot office property, part of CommonWealth REIT's Campus at Cabot Business Park.
JLL's Tom Kent and Sean Lynch represented Samsonite, which has been headquartered in Mansfield since 2005; its world headquarters are in Luxembourg. Cassidy Turley's Sean Teague and Kate McGovern negotiated on behalf of CWH. Lease terms were not disclosed.
Formerly the Motorola Campus, the Campus at Cabot Business Park is a three building, 41-acre site totaling 384,245 square feet. It's managed by Reit Management & Research LLC Real Estate Services. As of Sept. 30, CWH—headquartered, like RMR, in Newton, MA—owned $5.6 billion of office properties in both CBD and suburban markets.
