STAMFORD, CT-Colliers International has hired the team of Al Gutierrez and Ian Ceppos as it expands its operations in Westchester and Fairfield counties. Gutierrez has come aboard as executive managing director, and Ian Ceppos has joined as senior managing director—brokerage.
The duo has focused on both tenant and landlord representation in Westchester and Fairfield counties, and have collaborated at CBRE for the past seven years, following Ceppos joining Gutierrez at that firm's Stamford offices. Between them, they secured more than five million square feet of transactions for clients such as SL Green Realty Corp., Forest City Ratner Cos., Scarsdale Medical Group, Northwestern Mutual, Alliance Bernstein, the Jones Group, Morgan Stanley, National Economic Research Associate Inc. and Smith Barney.
Gutierrez's entire 18-year industry career prior to joining Colliers has been with CBRE, dating back to the days of CB Commercial. Similarly, Ceppos spent seven years with CBRE in Stamford before joining Colliers.
