HOUSTON-Crescent Resources LLC, Charlotte, N.C. plans to break ground next month on Houston's next master planned community.
The 993-acre community, located in the Humble area of Northeast Houston, will be called the Groves, according to a report in the Houston Business Journal.
The property is in the Humble Independent School District 10 miles east of George Bush Intercontinental Airport and 25 miles northeast of Houston's central business district.
