ELIZABETHTOWN, PA-The eight-screen MoviE Town Cinema on Hanover Street here will be sold at a lender-owned auction on Dec. 11.
The auction will be held at 11 a.m. at the cinema property at 700 Hanover St. and will be run by auction company Maas Companies Inc. The 28,568 square foot theater features digital sound and stadium seating for 1,089 people on 3.48 acres. The facility includes a party room, large concession and video game areas.

Potential can inspect the property during the open houses on Tuesday, Dec. 3 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, Dec. 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
