ATLANTA-Crescent Communities has begun construction on its Crescent Howell Mill development here.
The Charlotte, NC-based firm expects to open the $47-million project on Howell Mill Road in the spring of 2015.
The 256-unit development is Crescent's is second multifamily development in Atlanta; Crescent Terminus, the first apartment-living option in Buckhead's Terminus master development, will open in March 2014, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Crescent Howell Mill will be built on 2.2 acres and will serve as the residential component of a mixed-use project being developed by Healey Weatherholtz Properties. See story in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
