ARLINGTON, VA-The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 171,000 square feet of space at 3701 N. Fairfax Drive here.

The FDIC's new home is just down the block from its current offices at 1310 N. Courthouse Drive where it currently occupies nearly 198,000 square feet.

Its new offices at Fairfax Drive were previously occupied by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which relocated to 675 N. Randolph St., according to the Washington Business Journal.

Jones Lang LaSalle's David Houck and Whitney Aaronson represented the FDIC in the lease and Cushman & Wakefield's s Moe Hamilton, Brian Tucker, Josh Dragelin, Kyle McFadden, and Eric Berlin represented the building owner. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
