NEW BRITAIN, CT-Multifamily developer Pennrose is making its New England debut with the Jefferson, a senior apartment complex now under development here. An off-site leasing office is now open and accepting pre-applications for the 70-unit complex, which is being developed in conjunction with the New Britain Housing Authority; the first move-ins are expected in December.
