CHERRY HILL, NJ-Costco Wholesale is looking to possibly build a nearly 158,000-square-foot warehouse in Garden State Park here.
The retailer has shown interest in the parcel, owned by Edgewater Properties, according to The Inquirer. In addition to the warehouse, Costco Wholesale's project also calls for retail space, a restaurant, and a bank on the parcel, according to a proposed site plan filed with the township.
"We're excited about Costco," Cherry Hill Mayor Chuck Cahn said. "It just goes to show that businesses in the community recognize that Cherry Hill is a place where they can continue to invest, grow, and thrive." See story in The Inquirer.
