KING OF PRUSSIA, PA-KBS Realty Advisors of Newport Beach, CA has reportedly reached an agreement to acquire the 1000 Continental Drive office building here for a purchase price that exceeds $61 million.
The deal for the six-story, 205,424-square-foot building located at Route 202, the Schuylkill Expressway and Swedesford Road was reported in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
Philadelphia-based Equus Capital Partners built the property on spec beginning about seven years ago. The property is now 99% leased by tenants including the Hartford and Worldwide Clinical Trials. The building was put on the market for sale in September. Jones Lang LaSalle is marketing the six-story property. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
