Marabella Commercial Finance, Inc. will be hosting a Holiday Net Lease Party and Informational Event that will take place in Beverly Hills on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.. The event will take place at:

This is a holiday event so a continental breakfast will be served as well as coffee and hot chocolate.
There will be networking, a power point presentation going over financing considerations for net lease properties and the current state of the net lease market.
This is a free event for principals who are considering the purchase of a net lease property for their 1031 exchange, refinancing, cashing out or needing acquisition financing for a net lease transaction. All others are $100.
