DALLAS-Grupo Haddad of Mexico City has purchased the seven-story Crosstex Energy building at 2501 Cedar Springs.

Haddad, which has been actively investing in the downtown Dallas market in recent months purchased the 110,000 square foot building from Caddo Partners, the owner since 2011. According to a report in the Dallas Morning News, HFF had marketed the 31-year old asset. The building had recently undergone major improvements and is fully occupied.

In October, Haddad acquired Plano Commons office complex and the six-story, 251,000-square-foot Two MacArthur Ridge office building near State Highway 114 in Las Colinas.
