MIAMI-Locally-based Related Group and partner GTIS Partners have closed on its $104-million purchase of a site that includes 444 Brickell Ave. and an adjoining office building.

Related Group unveiled its mixed-use plan for three tower buildings last week that would include residential, hotel, office and retail space at the four-acre site.

Related's COO Matt Allen says the “One Brickell” will involve a “well over $1 billion” investment that will take years to complete. See story in the Miami Herald.
