DALLAS-Cushman & Wakefield has been picked as the leasing agent for the Tower at Cityplace.
Parmenter Realty Partner, the new owner of the 1.3 million-square foot property, told the Dallas Business Journal that Cushman & Wakefield's deep experience and proven performance in Uptown and adjacent submarkets makes the firm the right choice.
C&W's Bill Brokaw, Matt Schendle and Cynthia Cowen will oversee the leasing of the tower at 2711 Haskell Ave.
Miami-based Parmenter is looking into developing a $100 million mixed-use project outside of the 42-story tower, which could include up to 600,000 square feet of restaurants, retail and residential space.
The Tower at Cityplace is currently 70% leased to tenants including Dean Foods, and Headington Cos.
