NEWPORT BEACH, CA-Smart Circle International LLC has paid $8.5 million for the former headquarters of William Lyon Homes.
Theagency will move from its Foothill Ranch headquarters into the 32,093-square-foot property at 4490 Von Karman Ave., near the John Wayne Airport. This according to a report by the Orange County Business Journal.
Smart Circle offers customer-acquisition and retention programs such as loyalty cards, implemented via face-to-face marketing.
Anthony DeLorenzo, Pat Scruggs, Paul Jones and Gary Stache, of CBRE Group Inc., represented both the buyer and seller of the office.
William Lyon Homes moved its headquarters to another Newport Beach location earlier this year.
