NEW YORK CITY-Casual restaurant and gourmet food market Treehaus has signed a lease for 14,2392 square feet of space at Related Cos.' MiMA high-rise property on West 42nd Street.
The eatery and organic market will open its second New York City location at 460 W. 42nd St., a 63-story high-rise rental apartment tower, in the spring, according to the New York Post. Treehaus opened its first restaurant/market at 830 Third Ave. last year.
Cushman & Wakefield's Gene Spiegelman, Michael O'Neill, Alisa Amsterdam, and Jason Greenstone represented the building owner, a partnership of Related and TIAA-CREF. Tony Park of PD Properties handled lease discussions for Treehaus. See story in the New York Post.
