LAKE MARY, FL-Florida Hospital is reportedly poised to acquire the partially completed mixed-use Rinehart Place development here.
The hospital is said to be acquiring the property this week and plans to build a new hospital on the property, according to the Orlando Business Journal. Florida Hospital's plans call for the construction of a 90,000-square-foot medical facility at the property on Rinehart Road and County Road 46A.
Miguel de Arcos of Sperry Van Ness Florida, who along with Jeff Henwood represents the seller, confirmed Florida Hospital is under contract to acquire the bank-owned property that was listed at $7.9 million. A closing on the property is scheduled for this week.
The property features 38,000 square feet of retail space that is 75% finished, a 6,000-square-foot retail pad and 130,000 square feet of partially built office space. See story in the Orlando Business Journal.
