HOUSTON-Grocer H-E-B has confirmed plans to open a new store in suburban Houston next year.
The San Antonio-based local grocery chain is planning its fifth location in the Cy-Fair area at the corner of Grand and Spring Cypress streets, according to the Houston Business Journal.
Although plans have yet to be finalized, the store will likely total approximately 95,000 square feet and is tentatively scheduled to open in the fall of 2014. The company has previously announced plans to open its fourth Woodlands location and a new San Felipe-Fountain View store. See story in the Houston Business Journal.
