CONCORD, NC-The Afton Ridge Shopping Center here has been sold for $46.25 million.

The ownership, a partnership of Princeton, NJ-based Chamber Street Properties and Childress Klein Properties of Charlotte, NC, sold the 296,427-square-foot shopping center to an unnamed client of Stockbridge Capital Group of San Francisco, according to the Charlotte Business Journal. Childress Klein, which developed the property in 2006 and 2007, will manage the center under the new ownership.

The Afton Ridge Shopping Center is 98% occupied and has a tenant roster that includes: Marshalls, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Best Buy, Ashley Furniture and Stein Mart.
