IRVINE, CA-The $1.5 million rebranding effort for Von Karman Tech, formally known as Von Karman Business Park and located at 16842 Von Karman Ave. here, has been completed. As GlobeSt.com reported in November 2013, the office park, recently purchased by New York-based real estate private-equity fund HighBrook Investment Management LP, was undergoing extensive renovations overseen by Stream Realty Partners that included construction of creative-office spec suites, upgraded lobbies and common areas, and a new external business façade.
