SAN DIEGO-Pacific Medical Plaza a 50,925 square-foot medical office building in the Sorrento Mesa submarket has been sold to Ron Kaufman Companies LLC of San Francisco for $32.5 million.
Pacific Medical Plaza was constructed on 4.2 acres in 2009. Tenants at the time of sale included Surgical Center of San Diego, ClearChoice Dental and South Coast MedSpa.
The seller in the transaction, Kilroy Realty Corp. of Los Angeles, was represented by Crystal Lofing of Allen Matkins. Ron Kaufman Companies LLC was represented by Mike Liever and Dustin Calkins of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.
Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the buyer.
