DALLAS—Trinsic Residential Group recently purchased 11 acres in North Dallas, to expand the development of a multi-phase apartment complex.
The project involves Trinsic JV partner Akard Street Partners, and could ultimately add 650 apartments to the market, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.
The developers plan to build in two phases on the site at Arapaho Road near Knoll Trail in close proximity to the Dallas North Tollway. This is Trinsic's seventh investment with Akard Street, which is an investment partnership formed in 2011 with Hunt Realty Investments Inc. All the partners are based in Dallas.
The first phase of the project, which includes 322 apartments, is underway. The second phase is expected to break ground in two years.
